What do you charge for delivery?
We charge a flat rate of $10 for purchases below $100. Free delivery for orders above $100.
For express deliveries(same day), there will be a charge between $18 - $21 depending on size of order.
How long will my delivery take?
For orders placed on business working days Mondays - Fridays between 9am - 3pm, your order will be delivered the following day. Orders received after 3pm will either be delivered the next day or the day after. For orders placed after 3pm on fridays, we will try our best to get it delivered to you on saturday or it will be on the following Monday.
For same day delivery, please choose express delivery option on your payment page.
We always try to despatch your wine ASAP. If there are delays from the warehouse, we will send your orders separately.
For delivery issues, please email us at email@example.com with your order details. Alternatively, you may call us at +65 6817 1837 on Mondays to Fridays between 10am - 7pm.
What happens if I’m not at home to take the delivery?
Our courier service will be able to reschedule a redelivery at no extra charge. Do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details to inform us when and how would you like a redelivery. In the event you missed the redelivery again, there will be a charge for a 3rd delivery.
Adding delivery instructions to your order is the best way to ensure a successful delivery! For example, if you’re not home, the driver can leave it somewhere safe on the property. Otherwise, perhaps your work address would be more suitable.
